Our C & C family long-ferments our bread products and pizza dough, bringing you food that not only tastes good, but is good for you.  Our sauce and many of our seasonings are made in house or sourced as single ingredient herbs.  It is our commitment to use organic flours in both our traditional baking and gluten free baking, to source locally where possible and to use basic ingredients that are void of additives and preservatives.

 

To guarantee this we hand cut our cheeses and vegetables for our pizza and cafe offerings.  There is something that happens in your soul when somebody likes the food that you make. When that food is also supporting good health and feeding your family in a wholly thoughtful way, well, what could be better.
